Our Process
1 - Discover
Every project begins with an in-home project launch where we learn about you, your home, your lifestyle, and your goals for the renovation.
During this meeting we review inspiration, explore opportunities within the space, and gather the measurements and information needed to begin designing.
Outcome: A clear understanding of your vision and the foundation for the design.
2 - Design
Our team begins developing the layout and spatial experience of your new space.
We explore floor plans, cabinetry layouts, and overall design direction to ensure the renovation supports both beauty and function.
Outcome: A thoughtfully designed layout tailored to your home and lifestyle.
3 - Align
Once the design direction is established, we collaborate with our trusted trade partners to review the project in detail and prepare a preliminary construction estimate.
This stage ensures the design vision and the investment level are aligned before moving forward.
Outcome: A clear and realistic understanding of project investment.
4 - Plan
With the design and budget aligned, we move into technical planning.
This stage includes drawings, engineering coordination, and permit preparation where required.
Our team manages and guides the project through approvals.
Outcome: A complete set of plans ready for construction.
5 - Prepare
In the final stage, we complete the material and finish selections that will bring the space to life.
This includes cabinetry finishes, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and other key design elements. You’ll receive a full design presentation outlining the final vision for your home.
Outcome: A fully designed project ready for ordering, scheduling, and construction.
6 - Build
With every detail thoughtfully planned, construction can begin with clarity and confidence. We move through construction milestones keeping you updated every step of the way.
7 - Close Out
We hold a final walkthrough together to ensure every detail has been finished to ensure you feel confident and delighted with your newly completed renovation.

Please know that we are a small team and only have the capacity for a certain number of projects per year to help us maintain the quality and customer service our team is committed to. After reviewing your form, we will touch base with the next steps. If we cannot take on your project at this time, or it is not a good fit for what we offer, we will let you know.
