How we work:
Our preliminary design planning and pre-construction process helps get the ideas rolling and helps us gets organized and prepared to begin your project. We believe there is magic in the planning and that a well thought out plan will make for a smooth and enjoyable renovation process when it comes time to execute!
1 - Design & Pre-Construction
The construction process begins on day one of the construction work starting on your home.
We will create a construction schedule for your project which will guide the renovation from start to finish and outline key project milestones at each step of the way.
2 - Construction
3 - Project Close Out & Client Walk Through
Towards the end of your project, we will work to help you transition into your newly renovated space. We'll tour you around your new home while noting any outstanding items that may be needed to wrap up your project fully.
